Classes

Ashtanga

Every Wednesday at Pendennis Community Centre, 6.30pm
Classes run for 75 minutes, and can also be joined online via Zoom. These classes are suitable for advanced beginner and intermediate students with some previous experience of yoga and a reasonable level of fitness. The focus is on breath and alignment, and each class is usually an adapted half primary series of ashtanga yoga consisting of sun salutations, a sequence of standing asanas (postures), some seated asanas, inversions, and a closing sequence, ending with a short savasana (relaxation). Though I do go off piste from time to time!

Vinyasa Flow

Every Wednesday at Pendennis Community Centre, 8pm
Classes include flowing vinyasa movements, a little breathwork and meditation, and some thoughts on yoga philosophy. Always ending with a nice, long savasana to restore and relax. An ideal way to get over the midweek hump.

Early Bird

Every Friday at Pendennis Community Centre, 7.30am
A lovely, flowing vinyasa class to gently wake up the body and energise you in preparation for the weekend ahead. Perfect for early risers!

One-to-one sessions

I also offer one-to-one sessions, for those who would like to get started with yoga, practitioners who want to explore a particular aspect of their practice, anybody who would like a personal introduction to yoga, or those who simply want to indulge in a bit of focused me-time. I can come to your home and help you find a routine and practice that suits you – whether you have time constraints, physical considerations, or a goal you would like to achieve.
